VELVET REVOLVER Label Bidding Down To Three Finalists

Hits Daily Double is reporting that the label bidding "war" over VELVET REVOLVER, the new band featuring GUNS N' ROSES alumni Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, David Kushner of SUICIDAL TENDENCIES and former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS frontman Scott Weiland, has been narrowed down to the following three finalists: Arista, Elektra and Warner Bros. The group, who will be the subject of VH1's new cinema verite documentary series, "Inside Out", later in the year, are set to release their debut EP/DVD on October 13 through Immortal Records as part of a one-off deal with the label.
